We have a client in our shop in Middleburg whose son is a brick mason, a time honored trade. She was floored to find this wonderful hanging piece of art to present to her son as a Christmas present. Apparently something so specific to his profession was just impossible to find. With a piece of red ribbon, she gave it to him as his annual Christmas ornament, something she had done his entire life. So, he received a completely personal and much treasured heirloom of the future and everyone was happy!

Hand made and hand painted by the talented artisans of Schweizer Pewter of Germany, they are made today precisely the same way they were made hundreds of years ago. And in the same place! The standing and hanging ornaments are hand painted on both sides. The window and wall hangings are painted on one side.
